The remote chalet had a convenient home-y feel with a jacuzzi and outdoor dining table. The interior design gave a modern-urban feel and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided great views. There was a nice coffee place nearby and the location was close to dining options. Maintenance was prompt and the staff friendly. The resort had a great pool and our accommodation had its own terrace with a BBQ.

During my Christmas vacation, I loved the comfortable beds at the hotel. After a long day of exploring, it was a relief to come back to a cozy and supportive mattress. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated in a picturesque setting, surrounded by beautiful scenery, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in nature. The breathtaking views just outside our window made our stay even more memorable. What I enjoyed the most was the jacuzzi right outside our room. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a chilly day.

One aspect that disappointed me was the early closure of the facilities. It would have been nice to have more time to utilize and enjoy the amenities, especially during the Christmas season.

The instructions for my arrival were incorrect, and there was no one to assist me when I arrived after hours. The bed was too firm and the sauna didn't heat up properly.

I highly recommend the zip line experience provided by the resort as well. it was a fantastic family retreat and I can't wait to book again next summer.

The only thing that could have been better was the limited hours of the hot tub, which closed at 6pm. It would have been great to have the option to enjoy it after a day of skiing.

The design and layout of the loft was spectacular. Check-in process made very easy. Staff were nice. Great location, great resort with a very nice pool that is shared for the resort. Modern accommodation and we had our own terrace with BBQ which was great.

Really disappointing that the hot tub is only open until 6pm. This policy needs to change.
